With a bright, positive and professional approach, along with a can-do attitude, Karen Bailey is passionate about helping clients in the residential and lifestyle real estate markets and has been offering those services since 2016 in Canterbury.

Karen was born in North Canterbury and started work as an office junior for James Dunlop Textiles, she progressed quickly obtaining business experience in several service-related industries, including the finance industry. Karen travelled extensively throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East absorbing invaluable exposure to colour, design, and architecture. Returning home to Christchurch Karen worked for key interior design entities honing her skills, building an extensive array of connections, services, and tradespeople. Karen’s Design clients were the catalyst to her adding the selling of property to her skills. In sharing their fear and anxiety around selling they had triggered Karen into wanting to provide service that completely dissolved those concerns. Karen knew these clients and their property goals better than anyone else.
